Outdoor Fun

First of all I don't know who gave her this outfit but I love it, she looks so cute in it. Almost everyday when I pick Addison up she throws a fit, I am sure it is just a phase or she is trying to make Ms. Jay (daycare lady) feel good because she has such a good time there that she screams and cries and won't come to me (oh and yes on the rare occassions Jimmy gets her, she goes to him no problem) but aside from that as soon as we hit the road to come home she is perfectly fine. Then we get home and we have started having our outside time as soon as we get home which is a lot of fun since we have such an enormous yard. So we play peek a boo and hide and seek.
She loves the trees, has learned to steer clear of the rose bush. This is actually her patting her tummy to tell me she is hungry, it is the cutest thing. She does have some new words she has perfected: No, More, Moooom, (hmmm maybe I should not have put them in that order) and a couple bad habits I will not point fingers but she throws things, hits things (favorite item to hit is me), and does the limp back where she almost falls out of your hands.

But the rewarding items is she blows kisses, gives hugs (especially after she hits me) says Thank you and is working on Sorry. She is still my lil angel and I love her to pieces she is just growing up so fast, I would like it to slow down.

Look the picture is blurry because she is running so fast in her kicks (sneakers)
Ahhhh yes, the reason a big yard is great... to tire her out so she sleeps like a log.

I do believe it is Patrick e Flanigan the world famous trick shooter

Yes these are the only pics we got from the Wildlife Expo for a number of reasons. Mainly the Patrick Flanigan shooting was the only event we made it to. Which I am sure was awesome, I tried to get some pics of Addison with her earplugs in but Addison and myself didn't see much of the shooting as there was a lot of people around Addison had to go meet. We wondered around, played in the dirt, stared at a lady changing the diaper of a 9 week old and screamed. It was fun. Jimmy tried to video tape it but I guess we really haven't used the camera much and it was not the easiest to do. That and Mr. Flanigan was injured.

Oh the one part that I thought was rather amusing is Patrick F was standing right behind Jimmy and when they were announcing him to the front everyone was looking around for him to enter and he had to squeeze by them to go out and shoot. Funny I thought the hunting attire might have given it away.

BOUNCY CASTLE!! HOORAY.

The older kids took a break from the bouncy castles to give the babies (Addison and Mason a chance to check it out) with the exception of a couple awesome youngsters who offered to go and supervise. A special thank you to Brenah, Mikayla and Eric who kept an eye on the little ones.

Brenah helping Addison jump!

Addison realizing it doesn't hurt so bad falling in a plastic bubble

Erick is growing up to be one awesome kid, he gave Addison hugs and helped her up when she fell

Fire Fest Dance Performance

Addison enjoyed watching her friends and cousins dance. I took a couple pictures of the Niederwald-Uhland crew because we were across the field and could not make eye contact and wanted them to know we were there.

This is a picture of Beck (sporting his shin guards from an early morning soccer game) Holly and Bristol. Behind them are Sue, Ella and Jessie.
This one was just entertaining because everyone was clapping, check out Beck going crazy!!

Kayla didn't look so happy, until she saw

that I was going to take a picture of her :)

Fire Fest October 4th

Jay is now a volunteer firefighter in Buda that is him helping carry the 180 lb dummy. We watched a couple of rounds of the firefighter challenge and boy was it a challenge, they carried house up 3 stories, then pulled up a rope with another hose attached to it and then ran back down and carried a hose laid out across the field, hammered at something and then had to carry the 180 lb dummy across the field to the finish line. It was hot outside and watching them made me exhausted.

Addison enjoyed the little shade she had.
Then we found the concert area that was open with shade and a slight breeze so we let her out to run.
